SHIPPING & TAX INFORMATION

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We are committed to shipping healthy bulbs, plants and seeds. In order to ensure they are shipped at the optimal conditions, shipping schedules are subject to change pending temperature, weather conditions and product availability.

For Seeds, Garden Essentials and In-Season Products, orders will ship within 2 business days. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

* Order delays may occur when inclement weather is impacting our warehouse location, our shipping carriers, or our suppliers. These delays help us protect your plant order to ensure it is received at its highest quality.

The below shipping rates are per order.

Should your order include items from two distinct shipping seasons (fall, winter, or spring), it will adhere to the shipping schedule of the later season by default. Should you desire your earlier season products to arrive promptly, please reach out to us at info@tascllc.com, and shipping rates will be adjusted accordingly.

ADDITIONAL FREIGHT

Due to the weight and/or dimensions of some products, those products incur an additional freight. The additional freight amount is indicated on the product page and is added to your order upon checkout.

SHIPPING METHOD

We ship our packages via carbon-neutral Canada Post Ground Delivery. This shipping method requires a street address or P.O. Box for delivery.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not ship internationally.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon placing an order, your credit card will be charged, and you'll promptly receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order is processed, expect a shipping confirmation, complete with tracking information for your convenience.

TAXES

Customers who are residents of Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, and the Territories pay 5% GST. Customers from Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and P.E.I. pay 15% HST and customers from Ontario pay 13% HST.
